How Does It Work?

Really Simple

Step 1

We find out how much your property is worth; our team will do all the research on your behalf to get an accurate rental estimate based on several data points.

Step 2

We will send you a copy of the contract. Once you are happy that all requirements have been met, simply return the signed copy to our team and we will take care of the rest.

Step 3

If you don’t have furnishings in place, our in-house interior design team will handpick all the appropriate furniture, fixtures and fittings as well as any accessories to make your property stand out.

Step 4

Based on our partnerships with leading blue-chip companies, we will shortlist a select group of tenants, screening them extensively to ensure they are a good fit for your property, and will take care of it like their own.

Step 5

Before, during, and after the tenancy, we will look after all matters relating to cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. Should the tenants have any other issues, we will attend to these promptly.

Step 6

Beyond this point, our helpful and friendly support team is always available to answer your questions or address any concerns you may have. We can also organise the full range of health and safety certificates, including Gas Safety, Electrical Installation Condition, EPC, Legionella, and Fire Risk Assessments.
