Our tenancy portfolio management service brings a hands-on, made-to-measure approach to managing your properties, big or small.
We keep maintenance in-house wherever possible, with our property managers rolling up in vans stocked with tools, ready to tackle any issue on the spot. Day-to-day tasks like topping up boiler pressure and minor fixes are all part of the package. No call-out fees, no nonsense. For the trickier stuff, our in-house building and maintenance team steps in to get the job done.
Our management fee is 8% of the monthly rental income and includes all call out charges and safety certificate renewals.

When it comes to sourcing and onboarding tenants, we can work with your preferred letting agent, or we can arrange this for you through our network of high street letting agents at a cost of 7% of the monthly rental income.
